Start weight 70.4 Today 72.8. Start weight was a little low as I weighed 72.2 kg the next day. I think I still made 1 kg though. This week should be harder.

Averaged 4000 kcal per day the first three days which should mean I'm ahead of schedule. However, doing this EVERY DAY for three weeks will be very tough.
