I think my Bicycle form was bad. Real max still hovering at 40.
Short 2 sets today. Will make it up tomorrow.

Went a bit easy on the arms, cuz my shoulder hurts (likely from pull-ups).
Oh, and note that on the 12th I made up for the ab sets I skipped on the 11th.
