06 Oct: Worked 5 hours on PBMB. I'm calling that my long weekend, cuz I definitely didnuh work Monday (08 Oct) -.- 09 Oct: Spent a couple hours perusing books on evolutionary biology in the library, and checked out a stack. Relevant to both the PBSM paper & Jeff paper, just like the population genetics book I'm reading. 10 Oct: Read Liskov on the bus (text for software specification class). Only half an hour -- must make up 1/2 hour on the 11th. This is my skip for this week. |

| Thurs 27 Sep: Check. Read Effective Java on commute (book for my software construction class), spent ~3 hours working on the exaptation paper, and spent some time clarifying my thoughts on the project I'm doing with Jeff. | |
