It was good, but still, there was a feeling that somehow, having all these little things, even under a big umbrella, was somehow complicated.
Is there a way I could simplify it more?
Also, bundling exercise and all that stuff, kind of got to be a lot at once, and was not lined up with the main focus: Making sure I go through my morning stuff.
Also, I realized as I went on, that the main thing was not just to GO THROUGH those lists of things (calendar, etc.), but to thoughtfully go through, planning and prioritizing what was really important for that day. So, the focus on GETTING IT DONE did not quite have that same focus.
What's more, I think really having someone I knew was actively monitoring my progress--even though that is more of a hassle to set up, and might involve me paying someone--would make it all feel more real. I'm not going to LIE about whether I did it or not, but having another human know about it seems really helpful. |

Feels good to put it in a commitment! Actually, was not that hard. There is a sense of order to it, a flow, a process. I am happy with that. |
