| Feelin' great! Still gotta get used to the whole down day fatigue concept, but I think that comes down to simply getting enough sleep and pacing "meals" out properly. Onward and downward, I guess! | |

| Woot.. Making progress. Gotta keep truckin' along. Hunger been tolerable during first week and understandable that much of first week losses are water weight / adjustment. Gotta keep calories consistent and keep food strictly classified, and I'll make my goal. | |

| Losin' weight, feelin' great. Hunger pangs were really getting to me on Weds, as I did a load of walking doing shopping that day. Put on a lot of steps, though. This morning waited until 12:30 to eat, as the hunger pangs went away pretty swiftly before that. Feeling great.. that b*tch isn't getting my money this week! Gotta keep up my commitment, however and keep my goal in mind. This 190 is just a stepping stone to my ultimate goal of 165. | |
