LTB investments now diversified approximately as follows, and growing (does this look right to you?): 41% annuity ($108,000 = 1 position) 27% mortgages ($72,000 = 3 positions) 14% trust deeds ($37,000 = 2 positions) 17% cash ($46,000 = 1 position) Total ($263,000) Next step is to reduce annuity and cash exposure, and increase tax deed exposure. |
