Do 2 sets of 12 or more pull-ups every day. This number will increase as I work back up to ~16.
Go to bed by 11 PM every day. Exempt only in the case that I'm not home at 11 (ex. My Tuesday class gest out at 10:30, making it tough). Half-hour grace period. Wake up by 9 AM every day. Half-hour grace period. Eat vegetables with supper every day. Limit 1 glass per day of grape juice or other sweetened drink. NO vending machine food, period. Floss daily.
