I got very motivated this past weekend to finally get my butt in gear for a few reasons: - Damon's success on Stickk (14 pounds in ~10 weeks) - Shruti's phenomenal success over the past couple years - Taryn's success on losing weight these past couple months, even though she was finishing law school and starting studying for the bar! - The possibility of wearing a strapless bridesmaid dress in a few months!! So it's time for me to put my money where my mouth is (well actually, tummy pooj), and get going on my goal of eating less and exercising more. So please, help me stick to it!! |
