nils brehm commits to:
1. Physical: at least one healthy activity (run, gym, long walk, yoga, or spa)
2. Mental: no video leisure media (no Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Twitch; podcasts, music, email, reading, and work screens are allowed) 3. Spiritual: at least 5 minutes of guided meditation A day counts as successful only if all three are completed, with no exceptions than the physical one when sick
