Yearly plan copied from the Q1 goal: So I want to lose 8 kgs in 2026 Winter is difficult, summer easier 6 kgs before run in August? Or maybe 5 So if the goal is 2 in Q1, 3 in Q2, 3 in Q3 and 2 in Q4? This gives me a bit of extra chance. I lost 3,9 in Q1 and 1 in Q2, so 4,9 in total so far. Hope to get down to 68 this quarter, which will get me to "normal" BMI. |
