I commit to never using FB (Meta) nor any dating apps on my phone, and my laptop is dedicated strictly for work purposes only. I'll spend less that 2 hours a day on my phone and very limited use of WA, TG and RC. I'll shut down all devices when going to bed.

| I fell off-track quite a lot these past couple of days. Today I commit to getting back on the right track. I've learned my lesson: strictly turn of devices at night and get enough sleep; be more intentional about my phone and laptop use; be comfortable with boredom. | |
