Also stressed about the person I'm dating who isn't committed or uncertain about building something with me. I need to do my thing and let them be for a while so I can relax into a healthy regulated routine.

Ate too many carbs this weekend and drank 3-4 pints. Going for a 10km run to stringston Fairfield and back now though so hopefully this will make up for it.
