| Yesterday I worked with my emotion blocker part, not at all what I expected, and the ringleader of the Escape Trance, which I didn't think I had. Makes a huge difference. | |

| Day 1 of Body Shame retreat and I did a lot of reflecting on my automatic eating and drinking habits, especially in the evening. The image of oblivion, cuddled in a blanked and full from eating, or still sucking on a bottle came to mind. That part just wants to soothe, but I can do it without NMF and NMD. Lots to think about. | |

| Yesterday I ran the experiment with pizza, which did not work. It was tempting to add NMD into the mix of my favorite food/drink conbo, but I DID NOT. Feeling proud of that. | |
