SlightlyBetter commits to:
Going to bed at 10PM, no later than 10:30. If I'm not in bed by that time. I have to pay up. I am not allowed to bring my phone downstairs, and no allowed to listen to anything. Just lay in bed. Try to sleep. If you can't fall just try to lay in the bed, with no expectations of falling asleep. You are allowed to have a morning alarm but nothing else.

Too many late nights is driving me insane. There is nothing holding me tethered to a normal wake cycle, and it's costing me deeply. I don't want this anymore. I want to get sunlight in my eyes. I want to wake up feeling good about myself. Not wake up feeling like a bag of garbage slowly rotting. Either I lose my life or I lose money. I would rather lose money. This shit is insane. I can't trust myself to do the right thing if there are no stakes at play. |
