Only entertainment counts; uncertainty counts. Hard stop when limit is reached (no switching apps). Use Apple Screen Time + Opal only. No bypassing. 2 daily 2h offline blocks required. Violations = failed day + step back 1 phase. Track total time, triggers, and compliance daily.

Start 04/21: every day counts—no restarts, pauses, or fresh starts. Bad days still count. If I fail, I continue next day and step back one phase (no resetting). Any delay or “start later” = failed day. All blockers (Screen Time + Opal) must be set before start. Each morning: no entertainment apps, start offline. If I delay/avoid, I must report: “I avoided starting.” No excuses, no reframing—only execution and correction.
