| Saw 254.8 on the scale a few days ago. At the very least consistent in the 256’s. Bad weigh in. Salt? Water retention? Oh well if that’s the case then next week oughta be much lower. Haven’t exactly been paying much attention to my eating this week. Things have been tough to say the least. | |
