I didnt get to 69, but ok anyway. Much better habits now compared to January, happy about that. I will go for 3 kilos also in Q3, will set up new goal. |

Two more weeks. I realise it will be really difficult to get to 69. I was at 70.6 this morning, but have been stress eating a lot today, since DS2 has surgery tomorrow and I'm nervous about all of it, waking up early, driving there and most of all the anesthesia and surgery of course. But I will keep trying after this, and I have packed good food for me. I hope to get below 70 kilos very soon, would like to do that before end of June, but we will see. |

| It's always tough, but this ha been a better eating week. Stil low levels of exercise though. I have been running, but not really hard, and I haven't done any rehab or strength training. | |

It's tough. It has been a week of mental stress and some stupid food choices, but no too much. The routines I have in place are helping. Exercise also not good, not good at all. Next week hopefully less stress so I can focus better. |
