Yearly plan copied from the Q1 goal: So I want to lose 8 kgs in 2026 Winter is difficult, summer easier 6 kgs before run in August? Or maybe 5 So if the goal is 2 in Q1, 3 in Q2, 3 in Q3 and 2 in Q4? This gives me a bit of extra chance. Q1 is now over and I am 3,9 kilos down, to 72,1. It was hard but also rather easy, the first ones are always the easiest. External motivation from test, health and possible surgery. I want to continue on my plan and therefore the goal for Q2 will be 3 kilos, but adjusted to 3,1 to possibly end up at 69. I am now at 26,5 and if I reach 69 kilos, I will be at 25,3. |
