| I haven’t been as consistent with nutrition and going to the gym. My goal is to do AM workouts because it’s more accommodating to my schedule. TBH it’s more spiritually related than goal oriented but they both coincide | |

This past week was challenging with nutrition and heading to the gym. I started my first week of classes, and had assignments. I decided not to go to the gym, and just focus on what I’ve been doing. Still doing my intermittent fasting and packing staple food that I enjoy. I wasn’t able to track my nutrition and I haven’t worked out in the last 3 days so I plan to go to day and tomorrow and then active or rest Monday and Tuesday for classes. I have been enjoying fasting and skipping breakfast, the amount of focus I get just from not eating feels great. The only thing is I’m not hydrating enough. So that’s something I would also need to lay attention too |

| I’m really just trying to focus on not overeating but also not starving myself. But portion control, right now for breakfast I want blueberry protein pancakes with eggs and sausage. | |
