This past week was challenging with nutrition and heading to the gym. I started my first week of classes, and had assignments. I decided not to go to the gym, and just focus on what I’ve been doing. Still doing my intermittent fasting and packing staple food that I enjoy. I wasn’t able to track my nutrition and I haven’t worked out in the last 3 days so I plan to go to day and tomorrow and then active or rest Monday and Tuesday for classes. I have been enjoying fasting and skipping breakfast, the amount of focus I get just from not eating feels great. The only thing is I’m not hydrating enough. So that’s something I would also need to lay attention too |

| I’m really just trying to focus on not overeating but also not starving myself. But portion control, right now for breakfast I want blueberry protein pancakes with eggs and sausage. | |

| Last night I had 3 rolls,1/3 cup of fettuccine Alfredo, 1/2 chicken parm, 1 cup of lasagna/ that’s a guess-timate AND I snacked on cake | |
