Today it was sunny out so I knew I couldn't stay inside. It was super warm so I found a bench near my house and read my book, then suddenly got super tired so I laid there for a but enjoying the sun, this was exactly what I needed after a few cold days. |

Today I finished work at 5 and after that I was so exhausted so I went home and did nothing the whole afternoon. I didn't really do anything productive but felt like these hours of resting my body and mind helped me reset for the coming week and feeling more motivated. |

Its only 10am, but I already know how my day is laid out and that I will not have time for these 3 min today. I start work in 10 min and I finish at 3. Then my friend is coming from my Madrid so we'll have lunch and straight after we'll have ti begin getting ready for a music festival we're going to which won't end until late. It'll be a hectic day but I'm really excited because I think it'll be super fun! |

Today I woke up at 7:15 to go to the gym before class. Then at 9:30 once I had come back, showered, gotten ready, and ate breakfast, I took those 30 min to journal and read my book. I also walked to school alone today which I really enjoyed since The sun was out and I could listen to my fav music. Starting the day off like this really set the tone and helped me feel motivated for the day ahead. |
