I will complete at least 30 minutes of intentional walking or approved indoor movement on at least 5 days per week for X weeks. If outdoor walking is not reasonable due to weather, I will substitute indoor walking, stationary biking, yoga, Pilates, or other continuous intentional movement lasting at least 30 minutes. Progress verified via Apple Health or equivalent activity log.
