| I missed one day so far. And I'll admit I thought about sprinting to the coffee shop but instead just sat down at the computer without meditating. Overall my avg is pretty good. Just gotta keep going strong, going to bed early. The time I overslept was kinda dumb. I went to bed super early so I was really tired after climbing outside, and then somehow I just continued to sleep past my alarms... | |

| 7am wake is going well- I may change it to 8am on weekends for an extra hour. Been tempted to sleep in but been discipled so far. Need to order ac controller to help- any help is def needed. A good start to the day really is the cornerstone of a better day whether I rest or am productive. Also find commitment system. Also need to practice coffee shop sprint. | |
