RosyB commits to:
doing 1 or more sessions of my rehab exercises daily, 5 or 6 days per week.
Ideally, add on 1 abs/back exercise, 1 upper body exercise, and 1 standing/walking endurance exercise. BUT, add-ons are not required for success. Only the 1 session of rehab exercises is required for success. Let's do this! 🔥
