RosyB commits to:
doing 1 or more sessions of my rehab exercises daily, 5 or 6 days per week.

Ideally, add on 1 abs/back exercise, 1 upper body exercise, and 1 standing/walking endurance exercise. BUT, add-ons are not required for success. Only the 1 session of rehab exercises is required for success.

This was 1/2 rest days for the rehab exos. Had a good workout at the gym!

I did my rehab exos at my vanity before bed last night.

DAY 8:

I did my rehab exercises at my vanity, before bed. It went well, my left thigh lifted off the chair! Keep it up, progress is being made. 😃

I ordered more 2”x2” electrodes for delivery tomorrow, so I can test and work with my EMS machine on shin and quad/hil flexors. Onwards!

DAY 7:

I did my rehab exercises at my vanity, before bed.

I also did some squats, lateral raises & tricep extensions w 3 lb weights, some modified deadlifts, ab lean backs w 8 lb weight, & some Russian twists w 8 lb weight. I also took some slow, mindful walks focusing on posture and form.
