Better habits happen when you accept the truth about your bad habits.
No Scrolling: I DON't endlessly scroll through social media, YouTube, etc. I limit my daily entertainment to 1.5 hours per day (TV, videos, etc.). No Phone in Key Areas: I DON'T use my phone in the bathroom, bedroom, or dining table. No Multitasking: I DON'T use my phone while eating or during focused act.
