19) 5.5 stupid alarm broke, felt good this morning though. Still using the sleep mask, eyes feel better with that too.

I was about to text this: I’m going to dial it back a bit, give my self an extra 30 min.

18) 6.5 interesting night. I laid down at 10:20pm and accidentally fell asleep before setting my alarm. My alarm was still set for 5am from yesterday when I went to bed at 12.

I woke up at 2:30 thinking I missed my alarm, after I saw what time it was I went back to sleep. Then I woke up at 5 with the alarm.
