Was falling asleep on my drive home. Dozed off so many times it wasn’t safe. Tonight was an eye opener for me.

I think 5.5 is still a good time for me but at my drive to and from work i just cant stay awake. So ive decided to stop. Again my

. Tonight was too dangerous. If it wasn’t for my micro sleeps during my commute I would definitely continue it. I actually feel fine during the day. But tonights drive home there were multiple instances that could’ve have gone terribly wrong. If I didn’t have this commute I’d continue it. Maybe if my job changes. I love sleeping less than 6 hours and maybe I will continue down

I feel way better with the 5.5. Change of plans, instead of reaching 4.5 and going back up to 5 and staying at 5 I’m going to tap out at 5 hours and bounce up to 5.5 stay steady at 5.5

I have not been going to bed at a consistent time. Think thats been a big part of me feeling adjusted well?
