UPDATED COMMITMENT:
On ASPE days (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays), just working with my trainer makes the day a success and my commitment met.
For 3 of 4 non-ASPE days (Tuesday, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays), I will do my rehab exercises at least 2 times. I repeat, for 3 of 4 non-ASPE days to be considered a success and my commitment to have been met, I will do my rehab exercises twice, with the option to do a third session.
On 1 day per week that is a non-ASPE day, I will have a full rest day. No regular exercise, aside from what my heart moves me to do.
No go, kick butt and prosper! |

Sunday Nov. 9th: Success!
I did 1 session ✔️✔️✔️ + Lateral Shoulder Raises and Tricep Extensions with 3 lb weights.
After the 3 days of fatigue, I have decided to modify my commitment somewhat. 3 sessions on non-ASPE days is ideal, but 1 or 2 is still a success. Plus, this week I am starting 3 ASPE sessions, which is a huge win and setting me up for success. So, yay!!

Another rest day, today. I could have pushed myself to do at least 1 or 2 sessions today, but I still felt quite tired. I am choosing to frame today and the two prior days as productive rest and recuperation. Tomorrow, however, I will kill it!!
Tomorrow I am back at it, kicking butt and taking names! Let's do this! |

I didn't fulfill my commitment today. I had to take a rest day, as I was seriously exhausted all day today. Weird, but these things happen occasionally. I will pick it back up tomorrow, because I am sure I will be up for it! |
