I've been bothered by the short hip flexors I have after sitting at my desk. Probably 1 of the 2 minutes of hip flexor stretching at yoga class is just undoing sitting at my desk. 10/24, I happily stood for 3+ work sessions! I lengthened my hip flexors! I lengthened my adductors! LEI: Weekend, sick, holiday, Accepted Student Day, other odd day, forget, etc.
