Not eat highly processed "food" like:
Chocolate, baked goods, potato chips, etc... Furthermore I commit to: - Int. fasting daily either 16/8 or 18/6 - Eat 2 balanced healthy meals per day - 10k steps per day - Gym 3x per week Rules exceptions: - Chewing gum is allowed once in a while - Gym sessions may be short if there is little time available - Int. fasting can be broken on exceptions like when eating out - Bread only allowed if nothing else available (like friends brunch)
