Backdrop here is I’ve actually been doing this for about 3.5 months before using stickk and the consistency hasn’t been up to par. Without that, adaption can not occur and its just sleep deprivation. Until my body is back up to 100% Im going to take this time to just track my sleep until I’m ready to try again. Last night: 8:53-4:47am
