Only difference is I’m going to sleep in the first week however long I want. And then the second week stick 11-7. Knocking out now. Good night world.

Going to attack this from a different angle. I found a research study on long term sleep reduction that had participants successfully reduce their sleep long term through a gradual 6 months process. Even a year post experiment participants had still maintained reduced sleep. New plan is to mirror their experiment as follows:
