At the 9/8 TB 1:1, I was thrown off many times. Besides writing responses to specific statements she makes, it will help to identify her 3-5 different disruption tactics (e.g., interruption, topic-switching, recursion), and capture the disrupted thought. And I made a lot of mistakes in my convo with Jessica. Let's stop the mistakes!!!! LEI: sick, holiday, lunch event or meeting, forget, etc.
