What did you watch? To be honest as previously discussed perhaps create a new YouTube account that you train to only recommend healing GI issues, learning, data structures and algos, mathematics. Perhaps don't use adblocks on that one at first so it don't get banned. Also to be fair at least you the "pseduo-educational entertainment" is better than slop so don't beat yourself too much it's still a win/improvement. |

| No shorts or scroll rotting today, only longer form content without abrupt switching. However, I wish that the things I watched were more productive to my situation. It would be best if I watched content about healing GI issues, learning, data structures and algos, mathematics. Useful technical content too not pseduo-educational entertainment that feels better than straight slop but isn't actually that good/useful for me. | |
