For the next few days, I have set up the marginal gain of assessing my baseline level of focus/deep work by removing Brain.FM/noises, doodle breaks, etc (still making sure my environment is conducive to focus/doing things that obviously help focus). I want to know what my baseline is, so that when I introduce variables I can accurately adjucate whether they are actually helpful or not. |
