| Week 1. Time & focus to actually sitting down and working has been good. Creating 1 element of the system, still a big part to go but the learning curve has been achieved. | |

End of Wednesday 3rd September What went well; focused on Accruals and prepayments system. Used focusmate all day long, and visualised during treadmill incline walk, whilst listening to a 6 minute motivational episode, which helped me get back into the swing of things. What didn't go well; got sidetracked in the evening and did 0 work. Moral of the story, safeguard your sacred time to the minute, value your time. From 6pm to 11.45pm, taking out 25-75mins was achievable, whilst focusing on your other lifely tasks. Just dedicate your time more. |
