Found "reasons" not to sit down and work such as - being stressed about an upcoming meeting (in the afternoon today) - not having slept 8 hours, and yet i didnt nap, just scrolled all day - period pain thos can be valid reasons, but I super inflated their signiicance to make excuses. I DONT HAVE TIME TO LOSE MORE DAYS OF NOT WORKING ON THE THINGS I NEED TO WORK ON. |

| I slept late, and woke up late, and then got swept into drama so didnt focus on getting work done. Better attention and sleep management next time. | |
