I did not do it today… I woke up with the alarm and just stayed in bed. Multiple alarms is helping with the problem I have sleeping through alarms, or silencing them unthinkingly while half asleep. I need to put them across the other side of the room as the next step. Have found that I’m habitually going to sleep late, citing to myself lots of work to do. And I do stay up and do work, but it’s work I could do in the morning! |

| I did it! I was up at 5am and awake. I read my book for 50minutes, and then became distracted with the “harmless distractions” self sabotaging patterns. But, I was up at 5am, and that’s a win. | |

Today I did not achieve what I had promised. I did not start my day at 5am. Instead I slept, and thought of waking at 6am, and instead got up at 7:30am. Still better than 9am. $10 begrudgingly spent. I’ll get my 5am wake up tomorrow! |
