Fast 8pm and 11am. Lunch around 11-2pm, fruit late afternoon(max 500), protein smoothie if really hungry(+250max. Tea, then EITHER nuts&raisins upto60g or yog bowl wt/fruit. Can also have a little bit extra fruit. Except: 1day/week off caloryday restriction nd 1 day/wk off eve rules(qty&tmng) I don't eat sugar (same as previous), sweetnrs+flour is very minimal. NO lookng head(can hair),shky,sclp feel, nse,hairpic,same dn w/o tis. not even for a second once realised. read1page/nig
