saintjimmy commits to:
Taking the necessary steps to initiate my major projects so that I can start moving forward on them. At the beginning of the contract I will send an email to my brother stating the tasks that I expect to accomplish in the next two weeks to "activate" my main projects. I will then work with him to negotiate days that each task should be done, and finishing criteria for each task. In the event that I don't complete them all, I lose $100.
