Means from when finishing work to after tea, no reading /playing on phone, laptop or watching my own tv. If tv is being watched as a family activity thats different. Can use phone briefly for taks but not leisure or extended periods of time. Read books instead. Tea must be eaten without technology (unless family activity)
Applies to 5 out of 7 days (weekend off or other 2 days) Holiday rules this may not apply (assess closer time)
