| Well, this commitment didn't work out as planned... My own health, and the health and needs for them around me has been too much of a challenge. In total, about 1 kilo down, but it's the net of downs and ups. I will restart after new years. | |

| Universe was against me. Still a lot of pain in my leg, cannot run at all (not even walk properly). Work horrible and then DS1 to hospital. All well now, but the stress... I am eating... | |

74.8 this week. Stressed and have not been minding my eating. I was late with the report, seems the cut-off is not at midnight day two but earlier. |
