| I met the goal, the weekdays were not good, but I had a disciplined weekend. I hope I can continue like this. Today I was 74.2, and I need/want to be at 74.0 at the weekend. | |

I met my goal, due to higher earlier loss. I am actually up 0.4 from last week. I am aware why and will try to do better coming week. Still happy about overall loss though. |

| I have had a good week with some exercise, some manual labour at dad's, and good eating. Really pleased with 74,1 but now I really want to go under 74. | |

So I weighed in at 75.5 Saturday, a bit less Sunday-Monday. Keeping that loss for next week though :-). Was on holiday and managed not to overeat. Some icecream, some snacks but not a lot. Also some salads. Back home late Friday, tired + tons of laundry + and some bach cooking Saturday, short run Sunday. Today (Monday) is gym day for the first time in a couple of weeks. |
