This week, I stayed true to my commitment and danced 6 days out of 7, keeping my promise to move, unwind, and enjoy every beat. On regular days, I danced for at least 30 minutes particulalry doing freestyling on bolywood songs at hostel room. On days when I practiced with my dance crew, I pushed myself even more, dancing for over 2 hours as we worked on choreography and polished our moves together. I noted down how each session felt, and showing up every day, even when I felt tired, reminded me why dance means so much to me. This first week has set the tone, and Iām proud of it.
