This is the first day of my committment! tbh I'm not too sure how much calories I can eat. Some apps say it's around 6300kj, others say it's just 6000kj, and another website says it's around 6800kj. It's so confusing. I'll stick to 6300kj for now, and see if I lose enough weight by next week. |
