| tough week but broke through at 8/13. main learning is interrupt and not just safety. then a micro with clarity, task intention followed by micro variable reward and extended into a full block. hero's journey so 7-8-9 arc to solidify one writing and one sales block. prior victories on errands, gym, nutrition, sleep carried forward. this could be it. but lets see. they say 66 days is median. fingers crossed. | |

| I did do a mid week report. Here's more: using neuro gen for the 1 hr block + state shifts per block. Today (Wednesday) was a win after deciding that the day prior. Fingers crossed. Certainly there is only state and forward - the rest is clearly off the decks. | |

| 7.28. Better idea is to commit to one more block and make it work. So 8-10. Pre-determined. Clear. Start and end with big picture alignment. Let go and on to focusmate. Track it. Improve it. Do all the things that make gym block work. All other is bonus. After a quarter of this, I can then add yet another block for commitment. fyi: gym is in about 13 weeks. this is still full of restarts. | |
