Except for saturdays, family days, events or emergency rest days, start doing the minimum needed to get on track with learning, duolingo and pop.
At or before 1pm, get started on duolingo. Then at or before 2pm, get started on pop (just the layout) For each of these, I just have to open my notebook, open the relevant tab, or making the layout.
