Weighted today after the workout, with almost 1,5L of water I drank during it, got 60kg on the scale. Didn't eat much, bought an ice cream on the way home as a reward because it was exhausting. Don't know why I struggle almost every time I go to the gym these days, hope it will be ok. |

today morning I weighted 59.2kg went to the gym, which was unbearably tough. Haven't had such hard workouts (mentally) in a while tommorow (of course it's monday lol) I'm starting to count calories I have two 1300, two 1500 and one 1900 kcal days in a week. Never tried this one, always aimed to 1500 every day. Hope it will make a difference |
