ChooseWisely commits to:
I commit to spending 90 minutes daily on musical activity, increasing by 15 minutes each week until reaching 2 hours.
Valid exceptions: If work hours cut into sleep or I am sick, the commitment is frozen. On major university deadlines, the minimum commitment is reduced to 15 minutes. Accountability: Logged daily, reviewed weekly. Adjustments may be made as needed for sustainability and optimization.
