ChooseWisely commits to:
I commit to following One Meal A Day (OMAD) for the next 7 days, limiting my daily intake to approximately 2000 kcal. No snacking, no exceptions. If exact calorie counting is impractical, I will limit myself to one serving with no second helpings. If serious health issues arise, I may adjust to two meals, but only if absolutely necessary. I will reassess after 7 days and determine the next step.
