I commit to 1 hour of long-term education daily, focusing on structured, deep learning beyond immediate academic deadlines.
- Valid exceptions: If work hours cut into sleep or I am sick, the commitment is frozen. On major university deadlines, the minimum commitment is reduced to 15 minutes. - Accountability: Logged daily, reviewed weekly. Adjustments may be made as needed for sustainability and optimization.
