hanakoo commits to:
-Sleep and wake up early.
-get off the bed as soon as I wake up. -delete Facebook -study at least 2h a day -do the chores. -go out when feeling super down or lazy. -workout few minutes a day even if it's just a stretch -eat healthy and cut off crappy food.
