ive been incorporating intermittent fasting which helps me with not eating as much, however I need to work on drinking more and not eating too late before going to bed

its been fine, I have been eating healthier and watching out how much sugar and fats im intaking but I need to work better on not always eating through out the day when Im bored and drinking much more water.
